Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 45 business days.  The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything on, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

The estimated delivery time for orders on is 7-30 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 45 days.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: 

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) 
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). 
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
  • Products that are on sale and discounted more than 40%

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on contact us page. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Not all products are refundable, edealsnshop teams decision will be final of making the decision to allow refund for specific product. 

In case refund is approved customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse, customer will have to pay shipping charges as well as restock charges that will be 25% of the product cost. 

Please read product details carefully before you place the order. In some cases if we accept the exchange of product it is customers responsibilities to ship the product back to our warehouse and all the charges will be paid by customer including shipping charges to ship the new product. We offer one time Free Shipping to deliver your original order all other shipping charges will have to be paid by customers like (return, exchange etc..) 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Refunds, Returns, & Shipping on Made To Order Product:

Edealsnshop offers a wide variety of made-to-order products from dye-sublimation print to the standard print.  Each item requires a different treatment process to provide the desired result.  So, the length of production time may range from 5 to 7 business days from the time the order was placed.  Due to the nature of printing, production may sometimes be delayed for short periods. 

All of our t-shirts, hoodies, tank-tops, tennis shoes, pillows, & most of our jewelry pieces are made to order.  We do not hold inventory or stock.

If you are unhappy with the item that you have received, please contact customer support first by sending an email to  Merchandise returned to the manufacturer without contacting customer service will not be process correctly.


It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order.  There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size.  It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.  If you wish to make a correction to your order, please contact customer support within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order.  We send your order information immediately to the production facility but if you contact us within the time frame indicated, we will be able to make the requested changes. 

If we sent you the wrong order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item.  If it is our error, you do not have to return the item.  You can keep it!

Refunds (if applicable)

Edealsnshop gives refunds as store credits only.

You can use your store credit to purchase any other item/s from our store.  You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged or missing parts upon delivery. 

You will also be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.  

We cannot process refunds as store credits for the following:

* Gift cards
* Items purchase while on sale


Please place your order carefully.  You must contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.  Our staff will attempt to intercept the order before it goes into production.  However, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so. 


We use standard shipping methods of 3-5 business days from the day the item was released from production.  We do not charge shipping on your orders for domestic purchases in the United States.  


Currently, Edealsnshop ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories.  We also ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes on you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
